Sooo much lovely polwarth, and many, many exciting plans for it. I’m currently working out the best way to wash it all with my favourite fibre buddy, and the fleece is so lovely, but the tips are dirty.
We are trialling envelopes made with plastic wire that keep the locks in good shape without having to mess around with tulle every time we wash, and I think its going to work well. Its pretty labour intensive but I think its worth it to end up with lovely locks to spin from.
Such a lovely slow distraction from all the crazy christmas business.
